Ice cream manufacturer La Tropicale wanted to highlight the quality of its ice creams and sorbets. Pure and natural ingredients were outsourced from different countries, and then blended with care in ‘homemade/handicraft’ style to produce a rich and tasty cold desert. Yet the brand was not perceived as high quality and consumers preferred commercial brands.
A new logo and new packaging were designed to give a fresh, modern and premium image to La Tropicale. The new brand territory included natural tropical flora, leaves and flowers. A sensory trip around the world was the key idea for a 30 second TVC.
